Tucked away in the south east corner of Vancouver, Champlain Heights was one of the last areas of Vancouver to be urbanized. Longtime Vancouverites, new Chinese Canadians, Filipino, Latino and South Asian Canadians are all part of the neighbourhood’s rich cultural mosaic.
The Champlain Heights neighbourhood situated in the far corner of south east Vancouver and located with 54th Avenue to the north, Marine Way connecting to Marine Drive to the south, Kerr Street to the west and Boundary Road to the east.
